Rugby Union

MCE was instrumental in forming the first ever Rugby Union competition in the MCS during 2003. In this 10-a-side version of the game, the competition runs throughout Term Three. It is split into an Eastern and Western Division. MCE fields teams in U/14s and U/16s Eastern Division.

Apart from the MCS competition, our students also compete in a variety of competitions such as the Waratah Shield, Cathay Pacific World Rugby 10s and the Eastwood District Twilight Tens.

MCE has a close association with the Eastwood Rugby Club and they support our Rugby program through skill days and coaching clinics.
